Return Policy

We appreciate your business and strive to make sure your order of bacterial treatment solutions is accurate and timely. If you did not receive the correct bacteria, please contact us to let us know. Note that we can only accept returns for unopened items within 30 days from delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the unopened items. Following the receipt of your unopened items, we will provide a credit using the original payment method.
